At CrimsonLuxe we want you to love your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of delivery at crimsonluxe.support@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
Damaged or wrong items — full refund or replacement, no return needed
Doesn’t fit — we recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering as we do not accept returns for sizing issues
Changed your mind — all sales are final as we do not accept returns or exchanges
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
